Forms
training is demanding. It requires the complete attention and
participation of mind and body. Elements such as patience, persistence,
yi (mind intent), strength, coordination and relaxation are
essential in developing one’s Wing Chun skills. Practicing
Wing Chun forms is not simply a matter of mindlessly repeating
the sequences. Each routine has been carefully researched and
meticulously arranged.
